Our Specialties

Infertility

Struggling to conceive can be one of the most emotionally difficult journeys a person experiences. Whether you're beginning to explore your options or are actively undergoing fertility treatments, it’s natural to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain. Our team provides compassionate, expert support to help you cope with the emotional impact of infertility. You're not alone and we're here to help you find clarity, strength, and hope, every step of the way.

Reproductive & Infant Loss

Pregnancy and infant loss can lead to a uniquely personal type of grief that’s often invisible to others. Whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical reasons, or the loss of a newborn, the emotional impact can be overwhelming and deeply isolating. You deserve space to grieve and heal on your own terms. We offer non-judgmental, trauma-informed therapy to support you as you process your loss, reconnect with your body, and move forward with care and compassion.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Support

Pregnancy and new parenthood can be some of the most profound transitions in life — physically, mentally, and emotionally. We support individuals through the full perinatal journey, from pregnancy through postpartum. If you're experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, you may be facing a Perinatal Mood or Anxiety Disorder (PMAD) which are common and treatable conditions. We have advanced training in perinatal mental health and offer supportive, individualized therapy to help you feel capable to navigate this transformative time.

Perimenopause & Menopause Support

Perimenopause and menopause are major life transitions that can bring unexpected changes in mood, sleep, identity, and relationships. Many women are surprised by the intensity of this time of life and are unsure where to turn for support. With specialized training and a compassionate approach, we provide a space to explore your experiences, process changes, and reconnect with your sense of self. You don’t have to go through this alone.

Life Transitions, Parenting & Caregiver Support

Life is full of transitions, some planned, others unexpected. From becoming a parent to supporting aging loved ones, navigating a career shift, moving, or managing the emotional load of daily life, transition can be overwhelming—especially when you’re caring for others. We offer supportive, thoughtful therapy to help you feel more centered, resilient, and empowered as you navigate life’s turning points.

Trauma & EMDR

Trauma can leave lasting emotional impacts, but healing is possible, and you deserve support. We provide trauma-informed therapy with advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a proven approach that helps people process distressing memories and reduce their emotional impact. Whether you're healing from abuse, loss, accidents, or other traumatic events, we offer a safe and supportive space to work through your experiences, at your own pace, with care and compassion.

Providing inclusive mental healthcare is incredibly important to us. We strive to provide trauma-informed care to individuals from all backgrounds including, but not limited to:

  • LGBTQI+

  • BIPOC

  • Neurodiversity

  • Any religious affiliations (or no religious affiliation)

We would love to hear from you!
